Terms of Service

By creating an account, signing in, scanning an item, or otherwise using Unvaulted, you agree to follow these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Unvaulted is a pricing and sourcing tool for resellers. The app helps identify products, estimate resale pricing, generate listing drafts, and surface vendor sourcing options where available.

• Do not abuse, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or attack the service.
• Do not share your account credentials or sell access to your account.
• Use your own judgment before buying or selling an item.
• Follow applicable marketplace rules and laws.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Unvaulted.

Unvaulted offers paid subscriptions billed monthly through Stripe. Pro is $12.99 per month. VIP is $17.99 per month. You can cancel anytime from the account page. Cancellation stops future billing at the end of the current billing period.

We do not provide refunds for partial months. You can cancel anytime to stop future billing.

Unvaulted is provided as-is. Pricing data, sourcing results, AI output, and listing recommendations are estimates and are not guaranteed to be accurate. eBay listing data is retrieved through APIs and may have gaps, delays, missing results, or incomplete coverage.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Unvaulted is not liable for lost profits, lost sales, bad purchases, marketplace issues, inaccurate estimates, or indirect damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Unvaulted in the previous 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, violate these Terms, create security risk, attempt to bypass limits, or harm other users or the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules.
