• Email address and basic account details used for sign-in and account management.
• Scanned product photos, product descriptions, URLs, and scan results you submit.
• IP address and request metadata used for rate limiting, abuse prevention, and security.
• Subscription and billing status. Full payment card details are handled by Stripe.

• Authenticate users and maintain secure account sessions.
• Provide resale pricing, product identification, listing assistance, and sourcing features.
• Process product images and text through OpenAI vision and language models.
• Fetch listing data from eBay APIs to estimate market pricing.
• Detect abuse, enforce limits, troubleshoot errors, and protect the service.

We share data with service providers only as needed to operate Unvaulted:

• Supabase for authentication, database, and storage.
• OpenAI for image recognition, product identification, and listing generation.
• Stripe for subscription checkout, billing, and payment management.
• eBay API for listing and pricing data.

Scans are kept until you delete them or delete your account. Profile data is kept until account deletion, unless we need to retain limited records for security, fraud prevention, billing, or legal compliance.

• You can access your account information in the app.
• You can delete scans and request account deletion through account settings.
• You can request a copy of your data for portability.
• You can contact us for help with access, correction, export, or deletion requests.

Unvaulted uses authentication session cookies so you can stay signed in. We do not use analytics tracking cookies yet. If that changes, we will update this policy.
